实行最严格的水资源管理制度为推进火电企业水平衡测试提供了机遇，而火电企业的水平衡测试工作也为严格水资源管理，提高用水效率，提供了强有力的技术支撑。结合某火电企业水平衡测试工作，浅析火电企业水平衡测试用水指标评价方法。

Opportunity provided for promoting water balance test in thermal power enterprise by implementing the most stringent water resources management system. On the other side，powerful technical support was provided for stringent water resources management and water utilization efficiency improvement by water balance test in thermal power enterprise. Index evaluation method of water use in water balance test was initially analyzed by combining with water balance test in one thermal power enterprise.
