摘要:
河道管理范围内建设项目的管理，是水法规赋予水利部门的责任和义务，也是水行政管理和水利工程管理工作的重要内容。通过对目前河道管理范围内建设项目审批及管理的现状研究，分析提出河道建设项目管理存在的问题，进而提出相应的对策措施及改进建议。
Abstract:
Management of construction projects within river management area is not only the responsibility and obligation of water department allowed by water laws，but also an important part of water administration and water conservancy project management. Through the research on current situation of the approval and management of the construction project within river management area，the existing problems are analyzed，and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
