Some piezoelectric power generation devicesin the past are reviewed. The important principle and the key technologyaresummarized. A capture turbulent kinetic energy of the piezoelectric generating device isconceivedon the basis of that. The device can be used for low head, low velocity water energy collection and combination of energy dissipation and power.Characteristics of the device and expectationfor the future research are discussed.
