研究将污染物通量作为考核指标,以九乡河的衡山洼桥断面为监测断面,进行了连续12 个月的水质数据监测,然后通过水质指标和水量指标计算出九乡河衡山洼桥断面的污染物通量,并采用横向和纵向相结合的综合评价方法对其进行考核,最终得出衡山洼桥交界断面的COD 评价结果为良,氨氮评价结果为差。该研究成果有利于推动最严格水资源管理工作的落实并提供技术支撑,也可为交界河流断面的管理提供依据。

In this study, the pollutant flux was used as the assessment index, with the section of Hengshanwa Bridge on Jiuxiang River as an example, and the water quality data were monitored for 12 consecutive months. The water quality index and water quantity index were used to calculate the water quality of the section of Hengshanwa Bridge on Jiuxiang River. The combination of horizontal and vertical comprehensive evaluation method is used to examine the flux of pollutants. The results show that the evaluation results of COD in Hengshanwa Bridge are good and the evaluation result of ammonia nitrogen is poor. The comprehensive evaluation method will be helpful to promote the implementation of the most stringent water resources management in China, providing technical supports for the long-term fair and just, and effective advancement, and to provide the relevant basis for the management of the cross-border river.
