摘要:
从江苏省节水型社会建设实践出发,根据“节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力”的新时期水利工作方针以及最严格的水资源管理制度,结合水资源现状和经济社会发展情况,从综合性指标、农业用水指标、工业用水指标、城镇生活用水指标、节水管理、水资源保护等方面,提出江苏省节水型社会建设指标体系。采用层次分析法计算指标体系权重,并与现状指标体系确定的权重进行分析,从而验证现状确定的权重具有科学性和合理性。
Abstract:
Starting from the practice of water-saving society construction in Jiangsu Province,according to the water conservancy policy in the new period and the most strict water resources management system,combing with the current situation of water resources and economic and social development,the index system of water saving society construction in Jiangsu province was put forward from comprehensive indicators,agricultural water indicators,industrial water indicators,urban water consumption indicators,water conservation management,water resources protection and other aspects.The weight of index system was calculated by analytic hierarchy process,and the weight determined by the current index system was analyzed,so as to verify the weight of the present situation was scientific and reasonable.
