摘要:
在对长江江苏段生态现状分析的基础上,找出其生态整治存在的主要问题,提出了加强沿岸及支流污染防治、长江入江排口监控管理等整治措施,及优化规范涉河行政许可、推进长江提标能力建设、提升长江堤防执法监管等方面的建议。
Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the ecological status in the Jiangsu Section of the Yangtze River, the main problems in the ecological renovation were identified. Furthermore, a comprehensive range of strategies including strengthening the control and prevention of coastal and tributary pollution, improving the monitoring and management of the Yangtze River estuary areas were proposed. Finally, suggestions such as optimizing and standardizing the administrative license for river-related activities, promoting the construction of the Yangtze River marking capacity, and improving the ability and level of the enforcement, supervision and management of the Yangtze River embankment were put forward.
