摘要:
征地拆迁工作是工程建设的关键性前置条件,关系工程能否顺利实施,效益能否如期发挥。结合宿迁市宿城段黄河故道干河治理工程征地拆迁工作实践,阐述管理措施、经验、做法,突出征地拆迁工作标准化、制度化、规范化,对宿城区境内实施的其他水利工程征地拆迁工作具有参考和借鉴意义。
Abstract:
Land acquisition and demolition is a key precondition of the engineering construction, which have an important impact on the implementation and project benefits of the engineering. Based on the working practice of land acquisition and demolition for regulation engineering of ancient Yellow River located in Sucheng district of Suqian city, the management measures, experience and practices were explained, and the standardization, institutionalization and normalization for land acquisition and demolition was emphasized, which could provide reference significance for land acquisition and demolition of other hydraulic engineering in Sucheng district.
