摘要:
南水北调东线工程是国家战略性重点水利工程之一,自2013年建成投入运行以来,发挥了巨大的社会效益和生态效益。工程已从建设期转入运行管理期,保证工程安全高效运行,实现管理降本增效,提高工程管理的现代化水平,打造江苏南水北调工程管理品牌,成为管理的核心与重点。充分借鉴吸收现代企业管理行业的先进经验,结合泵站工程技术特点,提出了十大标准化体系框架顶层设计,并在江苏南水北调工程进行了成功试点和应用。
Abstract:
The eastern route of the south-to-north water diversion project is one of the country's strategic key water conservancy projects. Since it was completed and put into operation in 2013, it had brought huge social and ecological benefits. The project had been transferred from the construction period to the operation and management period to ensure the safe and efficient operation, realize cost reduction and efficiency improvement in management, improve the modernization level of project management, and build the management brand of Jiangsu south-to-north water diversion project, which had become the core and key point of management. Drawing on the advanced experience of modern enterprise management industry and combining with the technical characteristics of pumping station, the top-level design of ten standardized system frames were put forward, and had carried out successful pilot and application in the south-to-north water diversion project of Jiangsu province.
