摘要:
依据《江苏省河道管理条例》,江苏省秦淮河水利工程管理处探索依法在水利工程管理范围内划定安全警戒区,从安全警戒区的必要性、可行性等方面着手分析,依据已经划定的工程管理范围,确定安全警戒区范围,并设置界桩、警示牌,安装围栏以及视频监控等设施提出方案,积累了一些经验,实现工程安全有效管理。
Abstract:
According to "the regulation of Jiangsu Province on river course management", Qinhuai River Hydraulic Project Management Division of Jiangsu Province explored to delimit the security warning zone within the scope of water conservancy project management. Starting from the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the security warning zone, the scope of the security warning zone was determined according to the project management scope that had been delineated, and the schemes of setting up boundary piles, warning signs, installation of fences and video surveillance and other facilities had been put forward, which accumulated some experience, and could realize project safety and effective management.
