高质量开展大型水泵机组安装检修是保障工程安全稳定运行的基础。水泵机组安装检修关键环节工序复杂、技术要求高,通过研究设计大型立式轴流泵机组安装检修仿真装置,模拟机组垂直同心、摆度、水平、中心等核心技术参数的调整测量,实现水泵机组物理孪生,辅助科学决策,提升水泵机组安装检修效率和质量,帮助提高水利职工技术业务水平。

To carry out the installation and maintenance of large water pump units with high quality is the basis to ensure the safe and stable operation of the project. The key links in the installation and maintenance of the water pump unit have complex procedures and high technical requirements. Through research, a large-scale vertical axial-flow pump unit installation and maintenance simulation device is designed. The adjustment and measurement of the core technical parameters such as vertical concentricity, swing, horizontal and center of the simulation unit can realize the physical twin of the water pump unit, assist scientific decision-making, improve the installation and maintenance efficiency and quality of the water pump unit, and help to improve the technical and business level of water conservancy workers.
