摘要:
从顶层设计、技术路径、制度优势、文化特色、价值实现5个方面提炼方里村将幸福河湖融入美丽乡村建设的经验做法，以期为江苏乡村幸福河湖建设提供启示。
Abstract:
This paper extract the experience and practices of Fangli Village in integrating happy rivers and lakes into beautiful countryside construction from five aspects: top-level design, technical path, institutional advantages, cultural characteristics, and value realization, providing enlightenment for the construction of happy rivers and lakes in Jiangsu rural areas.
