摘要:
做好水利工程运行管理是充分发挥工程应有效益的重要保证，扬州市市管水利工程在引进市场化管理模式后，管理效率和管理水平都得到较大提升。2023年3月，扬州市城市河道管理处率先开展了水利工程“市场化+自管”新型模式的探索，在实践中经济效益和队伍建设均得以增强，管护水平也进一步提升。
Abstract:
Efficient operation and management of water projects are essential to fully realize the benefits after adopting a market-oriented management model, the management efficiency and level of Yangzhou’s municipal water projects have significantly improved. In March 2023, the Urban River Management Office of Yangzhou City took the lead in exploring the new model of “Marketization + Self-management” in water project management. Through practical implementation, both economic benefits and team building have been enhanced, leading to an overall improvement in maintenance and management standards.
