摘要:
为提高石港抽水站工作效率,对抽水站调节器进行改造。通过分析石港抽水站调节器项目改造现状及改造后调节器构造,阐述该系统动力元件、执行元件、控制元件等工作特性和调节器改造后的工作原理,并对水泵叶片朝正、负角方向的调节流程进行了研究,可为类似抽水站调节器改造提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to promote the work efficiency of Shigang Pumping Station, the transformation of the pumping station regulator is carried out. Through analyzing the current situation of the regulator reconstruction project of Shigang Pump Station and the structure of the regulator after the transformation, the working characteristics of the system, such as power components, executive components and control components, and the working principle of the regulator after the transformation are expounded, and the regulation process of the pump blades in the positive and negative directions are studied, which can provide reference for the transformation of regulators of similar pump stations.
