摘要:
为进一步降低水利工程施工企业危险性较大的单项工程安全风险,提升安全风险管控能力。选取部分危险性较大的单项工程作为研究对象,运用层次分析法进行研究分析,并建立基于“六项机制”的灰色关联模型确定提升策略关联度。结果表明,基坑支护及降水工程、围堰工程、水上作业工程是影响水利工程施工企业危险性较大的单项工程安全风险管控的主要因素,严格落实管理措施和工程技术措施是提升安全风险管控能力的有效途径。
Abstract:
In order to further reduce the safety risk of a single project with greater risk in water conservancy engineering construction enterprises, and improve the safety risk management and control ability. In this paper, some single projects with high risk are selected as the research objects, and the analytic hierarchy process is used to conduct research and analysis, and a grey correlation model based on the “six mechanisms” is established to determine the relevance of the promotion strategy. The results show that foundation pit support and dewatering engineering, cofferdam engineering and water operation engineering are the main factors affecting the safety risk control of individual projects with greater risk in water conservancy engineering construction enterprises, and the strict implementation of management measures and engineering technical measures is an effective way to improve the safety risk management and control ability.
