江苏海堤多数已建成超过15 a,长期服役期间受海床侵蚀、水动力条件增强、不均匀沉降等影响,部分区段发生被动降标。随着海州湾北部及废黄河三角洲两翼等岸段海床持续下蚀,亟需采取保滩措施,以保障后方堤防及陆域安全。潜堤是一种较常见且有效的保滩措施,总结了国内外侵蚀岸段应用丁、顺坝等潜堤保滩的典型工程案例,并以灌云县保滩加固工程为例,提出了潜堤保滩方案的建议。

Most of the seawalls in Jiangsu have been built for more than 15 years, and during their long term service, they have been affected by seabed erosion, enhanced hydrodynamic conditions, uneven settlement, and other factors, resulting in passive degradations in some sections. With the continuous erosion of the seabed in the northern part of Haizhou Bay and the two wings of the abandoned Yellow River Delta, it is urgent to take beach protection measures to ensure the safety of the rear embankments and land areas. Submerged breakwater is a common and effective beach protection measure. This article summarizes typical engineering cases of beach protection using submerged breakwaters such as spur and longitudinal dams in eroded coastal sections at home and abroad, and taking the beach protection and reinforcement project in Guanyun County as an example, puts forward suggestions for the submerged breakwater beach protection scheme.
