挡潮闸门受腐蚀疲劳劣化,存在失效风险,需要定期检测以确保其安全,而现有无损检测技术多为逐点检测、以点代面,存在漏检风险。因此提出一种基于导波的板件整体检测方法。提出一种基于损伤反射波幅值的损伤指标,实现基于导波反射和传感器阵列的损伤成像,精准定位和成像单一及多重损伤。在此基础上,开发导波检测原型机,依托实际工程开展验证性实测。研究表明:该方法提升了挡潮闸门检测的覆盖率和准确性,为高区闸门检测提供便利。

Tidal barrier gates are subject to corrosion fatigue degradation, posing a risk of failure. Regular inspections are necessary to ensure their safety. However, the existing nondestructive testing technology is mostly point-by-point testing and speculating surfaces with points, which carries a risk of missed detection. Therefore, a method for overall inspection of plate components based on guided waves is proposed. A damage index based on the amplitude of the damage reflected wave is proposed to achieve damage visualization based on guided wave reflection and sensor arrays, accurately locating and imaging single and multiple damages. On this basis, a prototype of the guided wave detection device is developed, and verification field tests are carried out relying on actual projects. The research shows that this method improves the coverage rate and accuracy of tidal gate inspections, providing convenience for the inspection of high zone gates.
