摘要:
针对南水北调刘山站节制闸卷扬式启闭机运行过载问题,分析其原因为按照通常正向挡水启门力选型时,还需进一步考虑闸门反向挡水时下泄水流对闸门主梁冲击引起的附加荷载。基于上述原因分析,通过重新选型计算,更换配套电机及相应减速机,从而解决电机过载问题,研究成果可为节制闸卷扬式启闭机选型优化和技术改造提供参考。
Abstract:
This article focuses on the overload problem of the gate lifting hoist for the control gate of Liushan Station in the south-to-north water diversion project. The cause is attributed to the need for further consideration of the additional load caused by the impact of the downstream water flow on the main beam of the gate during reverse water blocking, in addition to the usual selection based on the forward water blocking gate lifting force. Based on the above reasons, by re-selecting and calculating, replacing the matching motor and corresponding reducer, the problem of motor overload can be completely solved. The research findings can serve as a reference for the optimal selection of gate lifting hoists for control gates and their technical renovation.
