摘要:
卷扬式启闭机的制动通常采用抱闸制动方式,制动器抱闸构件受多种因素影响,在人工干预、反馈制动实践的基础上,基于现有硬件设备,以启闭机电机出现异常转动为研究对象,提出一种自动判读电机异常转动的信号,并将异常转速信号转换成控制信号,通过加装的控制执行机构采取紧急制动的处置方案,为同类型水闸管理提供参考。
Abstract:
The braking of the hoist gate opener usually adopts the mechanical brake method. The mechanical brake components of the brake are affected by various factors. Based on manual intervention and feedback braking practices, and relying on the existing hardware equipment, taking the abnormal rotation of the hoist motor as the research object, a solution is proposed to automatically interpret the abnormal rotation signal of the motor, convert the abnormal rotation speed signal into a control signal, and take emergency braking measures through the installed control actuator. This provides a reference for the management of sluices of the same type.
