为科学评估长江江苏段岸线保护与生态修复成效,基于防控、生态、协同、景观四大岸线生态保护与修复任务构建了岸线保护与生态修复成效评价指标体系。以南京江北段岸线为案例,采用层次分析法确定指标权重并开展实证评价,结果显示:南京江北段岸线修复成效整体呈现“饮用水水源地保护岸线最优、生态岸线良好、滨江景观带岸线存在差异”的特征,与岸线功能定位高度匹配。研究表明,该评价指标体系能客观反映岸线修复的综合效能,可为长江江苏段乃至流域尺度的岸线生态保护与修复成效评估提供标准化工具和实践参考。

To scientifically evaluate the effectiveness of shoreline protection and ecological restoration in the Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River, an evaluation index system for shoreline protection and ecological restoration effectiveness was constructed based on four core tasks: prevention and control, ecology, collaboration and landscape. Taking the shoreline of Nanjing Jiangbei section as a case study, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was used to determine index weights and conduct empirical evaluation. The results show that the overall effectiveness of shoreline restoration in Nanjing Jiangbei section presents the characteristics of “the best protection for drinking water sources, good ecological shoreline, and differences in riverside landscape belt shoreline”, which is highly consistent with the functional positioning of the shoreline. The study indicates that this evaluation index system can objectively reflect the comprehensive effectiveness of shoreline restoration, and provide a standardized tool and practical reference for the effectiveness evaluation of shoreline ecological protection and restoration in the Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River and even at the basin scale.
