摘要:
为提升大型泵站运行安全与管理效能,以江都四站为对象,开展智能化改造研究。通过基础设施升级、智能平台构建及智能业务系统开发,实现主机组、电力及自动化等系统的技术更新。基于单元化架构,融合知识引擎与健康评价模型,引入机器学习方法,建立设备状态实时监测、智能运维及健康评估体系。研究表明,改造有效提升了运行效率、安全水平和经济性,降低了对人工干预的依赖,可为同类泵站智能化建设提供可借鉴的技术路径和实施框架。
Abstract:
To enhance the operational safety and management efficiency of large scale pumping stations, research on intelligent transformation was carried out taking Jiangdu No. 4 Station as the object. Through infrastructure upgrades, the construction of intelligent platforms and the development of intelligent business systems, technological updates of main units, power and automation systems are achieved. Based on a modular architecture, integrating knowledge engines and health evaluation models, and introducing machine learning methods, a real-time monitoring, intelligent operation and maintenance, and health assessment system for equipment status is established. Research shows that the transformation has effectively enhanced operational efficiency, safety levels and economy, reduced reliance on manual intervention, and can provide a referenceable technical path and implementation framework for the intelligent construction of similar pumping stations.
