摘要:
结合水利工程管理单位实际情况,分析水利工程管理中的安全生产工作,阐述安全生产工作在水利工程管理中的重要性。论述了从安全生产标准化建设,到安全生产“六项机制”建设,再到数字孪生赋能“六项机制”,持续推进风险分级管控、隐患排查治理双重预防性工作机制建设,全面落实水利安全生产风险管控“六项机制”。同时,健全完善安全生产责任体系,实施全链条全过程闭环管控,提升水利安全生产风险防控能力,为水利发展提供坚实的安全保障。
Abstract:
Combined with the actual situation of water conservancy engineering management units, this paper analyzes the work safety in water conservancy engineering management and expounds the importance of work safety in water conservancy engineering management. This article discusses the construction of safety production standardization, the establishment of the “six mechanisms” for safety production, and the empowerment of the “six mechanisms” with digital twins. It continuously promotes the construction of a dual preventive work mechanism for risk grading control and hidden danger investigation and governance, and fully implements the “six mechanisms” for water conservancy safety production risk management and control. Meanwhile, the work safety responsibility system is improved and refined, full-chain and whole-process closed-loop management and control is implemented, the risk prevention and control capacity of water conservancy work safety is enhanced, and a solid safety guarantee is provided for water conservancy development.
