针对海口枢纽钢结构在水文动态环境下的电偶腐蚀问题,以Q355钢与304不锈钢为对象,通过搭建水文动态模拟系统,结合电化学测试、表面表征及失重法,系统研究水位交替、盐度波动与冻融循环对电偶腐蚀的影响,并优化阴极保护电流密度。相关研究成果可为沿海水利工程钢结构长效防腐提供参考依据。

In response to the galvanic corrosion problem of steel structures in Haikou hub under hydrological dynamic environment, Q355 steel and 304 stainless steel were taken as objects. By building a hydrological dynamic simulation system, combined with electrochemical testing, surface characterization, and weight loss method, the influence of water level alternation, salinity fluctuation, and freeze-thaw cycle on galvanic corrosion was systematically studied, and the cathodic protection current density was optimized. The relevant research results can provide reference for the long term anticorrosion of steel structures in coastal water conservancy projects.
