随着轴向磁通永磁电动机近些年在轨道交通、新能源汽车及军工产业的应用,其技术水平和产业链成熟度已可满足水利行业使用需求。本文对江苏省南通市九圩港提水泵站机组的改造缘由和改造后使用的稀土永磁聚能电动机的结构和原理进行了设计和研究,并对改造后的节能进行了讨论和分析。

With the application of axial flux permanent magnet motors in rail transit, new energy vehicles, and the military industry in recent years, their technical level and industrial chain maturity have become sufficient to meet the operational requirements of the water conservancy sector. This paper outlines the reasons for retrofitting the pump units at the Jiuwei Gang Pumping Station in Nantong and presents the design and study of the structure and working principles of the rare earth High-Efficiency permanent magnet machine. Additionally, the energy-saving outcomes following the retrofit have also been discussed and analyzed.
