为提升近海水利枢纽工程混凝土结构的耐久性能,结合新沂河海口枢纽工程实际需求,开展高耐久混凝土的配合比优化研究。通过对工程所用原材料进行系统检测,在满足技术标准的基础上,设计多组高耐久混凝土配合比并进行试验验证。结果表明,优化后的高耐久混凝土在抗压强度与普通混凝土相近的前提下,其抗拉性能、抗裂性、抗渗性、抗冻性、抗碳化能力及抗氯离子渗透性能均显著提升。该研究成果对类似海洋及近海环境下钢筋混凝土结构的耐久性设计与施工具有较好的参考价值。

To improve the durability of concrete structures in offshore water conservancy hub projects, this paper presents a study on the optimization of high durability concrete mix proportions based on the actual requirements of the Xinyi River Haikou Hub Project. Based on the systematic testing of raw materials and in compliance with technical standards, multiple groups of high durability concrete mix proportions were designed and experimentally verified. The results show that the optimized high durability concrete exhibits significantly enhanced tensile properties, crack resistance, impermeability, frost resistance, carbonation resistance, and chloride ion penetration resistance, while maintaining compressive strength similar to that of ordinary concrete. These research results provide valuable insights for the durability design and construction of reinforced concrete structures in similar marine and offshore environments.
