摘要:
通过明确不同水位类型划分与核心特征,剖析通航水闸的关键功能及运行规律,全面探究水位骤变对过闸作业产生的多重影响。经由风险识别、评估指标体系搭建、评估方法运用及结果研判,精准锁定关键风险要素,从工程技术、运行管理、应急处置及协同联动多个维度制定应对方案,为强化不同水位场景下船只过闸的安全水平、保障水利通航系统平稳运转提供理论依据与实践指引。
Abstract:
This paper clarifies the classification and core characteristics of different water level types, analyzes the key functions and operational patterns of navigation sluices, and comprehensively investigates the multiple impacts of abrupt water level changes on lockage operations. Through risk identification, establishment of evaluation indicator systems, application of assessment methods, and result analysis, key risk factors are precisely identified and response strategies are formulated from multiple dimensions—including engineering technology, operation management, emergency response, and collaborative coordination. This provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for enhancing vessel lockage safety under different water level scenarios and ensuring the stable operation of water conservancy navigation systems.
