摘要:
入海水道大运河立交工程采用“上槽下洞”型式,经工程观测及洞身探查发现地涵管理范围内出现淤积。通过分析洞身淤积形成的原因,针对入海水道立交工程特性、涵洞工程结构水力特性和上游来水偏少这3类淤积产生的主要原因,提出河道滩地迎水侧及滩面防护、河坡防护、工作闸门设置在下游出口位置等工程防淤减淤措施,以及大水头差下开闸冲淤、轮流开启地涵闸门运行、及时开展机械清淤等非工程措施,辅以数值模型对工作闸门设置位置、轮流开启地涵闸门运行等减淤措施的可行性、合理性进行探讨。通过研究水上立交工程淤积的共性规律和防淤减淤途径,为类似工程日常管理提供指导和借鉴。
Abstract:
The Grand Canal Interchange Project on the Inlet Waterway adopts the “upper trough and lower culvert” structure. Through engineering observation and culvert exploration, sedimentation within the culvert management area is identified. After analysis of the causes of culvert sedimentation, engineering measures for preventing and reducing sedimentation are proposed in view of the three main contributing factors: the characteristics of the inlet waterway interchange project, the hydraulic characteristics of the culvert structure, and insufficient upstream inflow. These engineering measures include water-facing side and beach surface protection of river floodplains, river slope protection, and installation of service gates at the downstream outlet. Corresponding non-engineering measures are also put forward, including gate opening for sediment flushing under large water head differences, alternate operation of culvert gates, and timely mechanical dredging. Numerical models are employed to investigate the feasibility and rationality of key sediment reduction measures such as the layout of service gates and alternate operation of culvert gates. Through research on the common characteristics of sedimentation and approaches for sediment prevention and reduction in water interchange projects, guidance and reference are provided for the daily management of similar projects.
