摘要:
基于长江南京段管理人员由于岸线长、环境恶劣、人员配备不足等原因不能及时了解辖区内沿线堤防突发状况的现状,笔者从多方面、多角度阐述了长江南京段堤防管理信息化建设的背景,提出了长江南京段堤防管理信息化建设的意义及内容,分析了建设过程中可能存在的问题,为长江南京段堤防管理信息化的建设作出了一些探索性的思考。
Abstract:
Due to the current situation of long shore line,bad environment,and insufficient staffs,administrators in Nanjing section of Yangtze River are unable to get aware of embankment emergencies in managed areas in time,We elaborate on the background of embankment management informatization construction in Nanjing section of Yangtze River in multiple aspects,multiple viewpoints. The potential problems during construction are analyzed. Exploratory thoughts on construction on of embankment management informatization in Nanjing section of Yangtze River are discussed.
