摘要:
盐城射阳港区对外的陆路交通跨越达标海堤,需在达标海堤上新建横拉闸门形式的挡潮交通闸。传统横拉闸门底止水设计采用下凹式底槛槽内设置“P”型橡皮止水的方式,本文优化改进横拉闸门的底止水设计,采用无底槛槽自降式设计,即预先提高底橡皮底止水的安装高度,就位时橡皮底止水才与座板接触,避免了传统底止水运行摩擦大和影响通车的缺点,实现了横拉闸门的启闭轻便和交通闸处的通车顺畅。
Abstract:
Sheyang port in Yancheng City needs to cross the standard embankment for outward land transportation.It needs to build a new tidal dry sluice project which adopts horizontal pulled gate at the standard embankment. Traditional bottom sealing design of horizontal pulled gate uses the way of setting the "P" type rubber sealing in the concave sill slot, this paper optimizes the horizontal pulled gate’s bottom sealing design, adopts self-dropping design without sill, that is improving the installation height of rubber bottom sealing in advance, the rubber bottom sealing just contacts with the plate when in place, avoids the disadvantages such as the large friction of traditional bottom sealing when operating and the affection of the traffic, thus achieves the horizontal pulled gate’s easy operation and the smooth transportation at the traffic sluice project.
