摘要:
淮安三站建成于1996年,是当时国内最大的灯泡贯流泵。自建成之日起就存在启动困难、超功率、振动大等现象,不仅导致该站不能正常运行,而且影响了贯流泵在南水北调工程的应用。本文在分析淮安三站存在的问题的基础上,从6 个方面对淮安三站原有泵装置进行优化。采用CFD数值模拟、模型试验、现场测试的方法研究了优化后泵装置的性能。结果证明,优化后的淮安三站灯泡贯流泵装置性能优良,满足泵站运行要求。
Abstract:
Huaian 3rd station was built in 1996, which is the largest bulb tubular pumpstation. Since the date of completion, it exhibited phenomena such as start-up difficulties, overpower, vibration and more. This not only blocked the station from normal operation, but also impaired the application of cross flow pump in the South to North Water Transfer Project. Based on analysis of existing problems of Huaian 3rd station, this paper optimizes the original pump installation from 6 aspects. Using CFD numerical simulation, model test and field test, the performance of the optimized pump unit is studied. The results show that the optimized performance of the bulb tubular pump system of Huaian 3rd station is good, and meets the requirements of the pumping station.
