摘要:
大体积混凝土结构被普遍应用在大型工程中,但由于水泥水化热等原因产生的混凝土裂缝,严重影响大体积混凝土构件的安全和正常使用,故对大体积混凝土裂缝的成因分析及防治措施的研究很有必要。本文以某水闸空箱底板的大体积混凝土浇筑实例为背景,从混凝土原材料优选、配合比设计、浇筑过程和温度控制措施等方面对混凝土裂缝控制进行了探讨,并提出一些关于大体积混凝土裂缝控制的意见与建议,为类似水工建筑物的设计与施工提供借鉴。
Abstract:
The mass concrete structure is widely used in large-scale projects. Due to crack cause by cement hydration heat, safety and normal usage of mass concrete structure is seriously impacted. It is necessary to research on cause analysis and prevention measures of mass concrete crack. Taken a mass hydraulic concrete casting in a gate as an example, crack control factors are discussed from concrete raw material selection, mix design, construction process and temperature control. Some suggestions about the mass concrete crack control are put forward. References for the design and construction of similar water hydraulic structure are provided.
