摘要:
针对石港泵站立式轴流泵装置,提出合适的运行方案。通过设计和制作模型泵装置,测得6 个叶片角度下模型装置的能量特性、5 个叶片角度下的气蚀特性和5 个叶片角度的飞逸特性,并按照相似理论,换算得到石港泵站原型泵装置特性。研究结果表明,该轴流泵装置具有较高的装置效率,在叶片角度-2°时的最高效率达到75.8%;设计扬程时,泵装置汽蚀余量7.15 m,小于招标文件规定,且满足飞逸转速安全要求。
Abstract:
According to the vertical axial flow pump device of Shigang Pump Station,a suitable operation scheme is put forward.By designing and manufacturing the model pump device,the energy characteristics of the model device were measured in 6 blades,and cavitation characteristics were measured in 5 blade angles,and the runaway characteristic were measured in the 5 blade angle.According to the similarity theory,the characteristics of the prototype pump device of Shigang Pump Station are obtained.The results show that the axial flow pump device has high efficiency.The maximum efficiency of -2 at the blade angle is 75.8%.The cavitation performance of pumping device is 7.15m,which is less than the provisions of the tender documents.It also meets the safety requirements of runaway speed .
