摘要:
本研究以水泥、矿渣粉煤灰为固化剂,通过使用硫酸盐和氢氧化钠来激发矿渣、粉煤灰改性疏浚淤泥,按照控制变量的方法设计两种激发剂占淤泥含量的不同比例,进行固化然后抗剪试验,得出在各种配比下的c、φ 值。比较两种激发剂激发矿渣粉煤灰对淤泥改性后的抗剪强度影响。发现在碱性环境下粉煤灰和矿渣的激发效果更好,改性后的淤泥各项指标均有所提高。以期为提高疏浚淤泥利用率提供一条途径。
Abstract:
Cement,fly ash and slag are used as firming agent,which can change the nature of the sludge when they excited by NaOH or sulfate.We design several mixture ratio of the two excitant (weight percentage of the sludge) 0.28%、0.35%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%.Then we have a straight snips experiment when the sludge solidified.After the experiment we obtain the date of c and φ at different mixture ratio of the two excitant.We can compare the two excitant by investigating these datum to find out which have a better impact at the sludge modification.We find that it is better excited by the alkalescency environment.The indexes of the sludge modification have been improved.A way to improve the utilization rate of dredged sludge is provided by this paper.
