摘要:
比较了各型式横拉门的优缺点,对悬挂式横拉门的结构受力模式进行了分析,提出了结构布置的原则,并采用平面假定法对实际工程中的闸门进行计算,借助有限元软件ANSYS 对其结构进行静力分析,验证计算结果及布置原则的正确性,为此类门型的闸门设计提供参考。
Abstract:
Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of transverse pull doors, the structural force model of the hanging transverse pull door was analyzed. The principles of structure arrangement were put forward, and the plane hypothesis method was used to calculate the gate in actual project. Static analysis of the structure was carried out by using finite element software ANSYS, which verified the correctness of the calculation results and arrangement principles, and provided re ference for the same type gate design.
