摘要:
从里下河地区现有调度方式实际出发,统筹协调区域、城市、圩区之间以及上抽、中滞、下排工程的关系,充分利用现状防洪除涝工程体系,提出切合实际需求、合理可行的调度方案。通过各类工程的协同调度,充分发挥已建工程的效益,保障区域洪涝水合理调蓄、充分下泄、上下游协调,确保区域骨干河道、城市及重点设防地区及圩区安全。
Abstract:
From the actual existing scheduling of the Lixiahe area, this paper coordinated the relationship between the area, the city, the polder and the relationship between engineering of upper pumping, middle lagging and lower exhausting, made full use of the current flood control and drainage engineering system, and proposed a reasonable and feasible scheduling scheme. Through the coordinated scheduling of various engineering, benefits had been fully developed, which would ensure a reasonable flood storage and drainage of the region, fully disintegrated, upstream and downstream coordination, and to ensure the safety of the regional backbone channels, cities, key areas and the polder area.
