摘要:
在江苏沿江地区,低扬程防洪减灾泵站分布较广。针对沿江九曲河泵站,采用CFD 数值模拟方法,计算分析泵装置3 个特征工况下内部流动特性。数值计算结果表明,九曲河泵站采用双向流道形式较为复杂,流道内存在盲端,水流回流较大,水力损失增加,对泵装置整体效率略有影响。在大流量零扬程附近工况下,内部流动特性较为特殊,泵站运行过程中需多加关注。
Abstract:
In Jiangsu along the Yangtze River,the low head flood control and disaster reduction pumping station is widely distributed. By using the CFD numerical method,the internal flow characteristics of the Jiuqu River Pumping Station under three characteristics conditions was calculated and analyzed. The numerical results show that the Jiuqu River Pump Station with two-way Passage is complicated. There are blind ends in the passage. The return flow is large,hydraulic loss increased,and the overall efficiency of the pump device is slightly influence. Under the condition of large flow,the internal flow characteristics are special. More attention should be paid to the special working condition in th e operation of pumping station.
