摘要:
在介绍通榆河沿线河道水面漂浮物状况的基础上,分析了为量化漂浮物打捞工作分工和资金补偿,设计开发漂浮物视频监测及估算系统的必要性。从系统建设方案、软件平台、功能设计等方面阐述了基于C/S 技术,集智能分析、报警、音视频实时画面监测、电视墙管理等功能于一体的系统建设过程。经过2 年多的试运行和功能完善,目前运行良好,实现了水面漂浮物信息的数据采集、处理和资源共享,为决策的科学化信息化提供了有力支撑,也为其他河道的强化管理提供了新思路。
Abstract:
On the basis of the introduction of the floating objects on th ewater surface along the Tongyu River, the necessity of designing and developing a video monitoring and estimation system for floating objects in order to quantify the division of labor and the comepnsation for funds was analyzed.The system construction process based on C/S technology, which integrated intelligent analysis, alarm, audio and video real-time picture monitoring, TV wall management and other functions was expounded from the system construction plan, software platform, function design and other aspects.After more than 2 years of trial operation and perfect function, it ran well and realizedt he data collection, processing and resource sharing of water surface floating material.It provided a strong support for the scientific information of decision making, and could provide a new idea for the strengthening management of other rivers.
