摘要:
针对当前河湖和水利工程管理范围划界现状,以地理信息系统为基础,介绍了河湖和水利工程划界数据库主体内容、属性结构及建立流程。结合工程实例,分析水利划界数据库质量控制检查的主要内容,并采用质检软件对水利划界数据库进行属性正确性检查、逻辑一致性检查及拓扑关系检查等质量控制检查。实践表明,上述建库及质量检查方法能提高成果信息化效率,弥补人工不足,保证划界数据的正确性和权威性,同时探讨的一些方法可为类似项目提供参考。
Abstract:
In view of the current status of river-lake and water conservancy project management scope demarcation, the content, attribute structure and construct process of river-lake and water conservancy project demarcation database were firstly introduced within GIS. The main contents of water conservancy demarcation database construction and quality inspection were analyzed by combining with engineering example, and quality control inspections such as attribute correctness check, logical consistency check and topological relationship check were performed on the water confinement database using quality inspection software. The practice result showed that the method of database construction and quality inspection could improve the informatization efficiency, make up for the lack of labor, and ensure the correctness and authority of the demarcation data, which could supply references to analogous projects.
