摘要:
为了论证莒城湖作为赣榆区应急水源的可行性,从需水预测、可利用水量分析、水质分析等三个方面开展了莒城湖调查分析研究。研究表明:①赣榆区近期日应急需水量为12.6万m3/d,总需水量126万m3,远期日应急需水量为14万m3/d,总需水量140万m3。②莒城湖可利用水量为209.0万m3,可以满足赣榆区近期16.6 d、远期14.9 d的应急供水需求,均大于10 d,满足水量要求。③莒城湖可以达到Ⅲ类水,并长期稳定,满足饮用水水质标准,仍存在污染风险,需要加强水源地达标建设。④莒城湖基本具备作为赣榆区应急水源的条件,可以保障赣榆区应急用水和饮水安全。研究成果可为地方设置应急水源提供决策依据。
Abstract:
In order to demonstrate the feasibility of Jucheng Lake as an emergency water source in Ganyu District, the investigation and analysis of Jucheng Lake were carried out from three aspects, including water demand prediction, available water amount analysis and water quality analysis.The research showed that:(1)the the short-term daily emergency water demand in Ganyu District was 126,000m3/d, the total water demand was 1.26 million m3, while the long-term daily emergency water demand was 140,000 m3/d, and the total water demand was 1.4 million m3.(2)The available water amount of Jucheng Lake was 2.09 million m3, which could meet the emergency water supply demand of 16.6d in the near term and 14.9d in the long term in Ganyu District, both of which were larger than 10 d and met the water requirement.(3)The water quality of Jucheng Lake could reach Class III water and be stable for a long time, met the drinking water quality standards, but still have pollution risks.Therefore, it was necessary to strengthen the construction of water source standards.(4)Jucheng Lake basically had the condition of being the emergency water source in Ganyu District, which could guarantee the emergency water and drinking water safety in Ganyu District.The research results could provide decision basis for local emergency water supply.
