摘要:
总结了2018年全省水资源管理和节约用水工作在最严格水资源管理制度考核、节水型社会建设、水生态文明建设、水资源保护、太湖安全度夏、水资源管理改革创新与能力建设等方面取得的显著成效。分析了新时代水资源管理和节水工作面临的新形势新要求,提出2019年全省水资源管理和节约用水工作,要突出“一个统领”,抓好“四个重点”,打好“一个攻坚战”,强化“两个支撑”,落实“一个保障”,按照继续走在全国前列的目标,为全国树立样板。
Abstract:
The remarkable achievements in the provincial water resources management and water conservation work in 2018 in the most stringent water resources management system assessment, water-saving society construction, water ecological civilization construction, water resources protection, safe summer in Taihu Lake, reform and innovation and capacity building of water resources management were summarized. The new situation and requirements of water resources management and water-saving work in the new era were analyzed. It was proposed that the management and conservation of water resources in 2019 should highlight "one command", focus on "four key points", lay a "one tough battle", strengthen "two supports", implement "one guarantee", and set an example for the whole country according to the goal of continuing to be in the forefront of the country.
