摘要:: 从管护资金、管护模式和合同管理三个方面介绍了张家港市金港镇小农水设施管护工作的实际情况、工作重点和现实经验。通过对2016～2018年这3年管护维修项目数据的整理、分析,详细阐述了金港镇该项工作的发展历程和意义,对未来管护工作的趋势进行展望。

Abstract:: The actual situation, key points and practical experience of management and protection of small-scale agricultural and water facilities in Jingang Town, Zhangjiagang City was introduced from three aspects: management fund, management mode and contract management. Through the collation and analysis of the data of management and maintenance projects in the three years from 2016 to 2018, the development process and significance of this work in Jingang Town were elaborated in detail. At the same time, some problems were put forward and the trend of future management and maintenance work was prospected, which was of practical guiding value to carry out the work of small rural water management and protection in grass-roots water conservancy units.
