摘要:: 大运河淮安段历史悠久,水文化遗产众多。当地政府部门重视大运河水文化遗产保护与传承,大力挖掘运河文化的历史价值和现实价值,针对不同的运河文化遗产特点,分别实施不同的保护措施:有效管护“文化运河”的水利功能,精心留住“运河之都”的历史记忆,全面展现“运河风光”的文脉之美,着力擦亮“河清湖晏”的精神符号。

Abstract:: The Huai'an Section of the China's Grand Canal has a long history and a large number of water cultural heritages. The local government departments attach great importance to the protection and inheritance of the water cultural heritage of the Grand Canal, vigorously excavate the historical and practical value of the canal culture, find out the background of the water cultural heritage, and implement different protection measures according to the characteristics of the cultural heritage of the canal. The water conservancy function of "culture canal" should be effectively managed and protected, the historical memory of "canal city" should be kept carefully, the beauty of the cultural context of "canal scenery" should be fully demonstrated, and the spiritual symbol of "the clear river and lake" should be polished.
