摘要:
采用系统方法论分析苏州治水的复杂性和艰巨性,总结在贯彻新发展理念、实行系统治水的现状下,注重治水的综合性、整体性和协同性,既抓住关键环节、纲举目张,又注重全面协同、两手发力,实行区域合作、城乡共治、水陆并进。同时,对进一步强化系统治水进行探索和思考。
Abstract:
The complexity and arduousness of water control of Suzhou was analyzed by using the system methodology, the implementation of the new development concept was summarized and the systematic water control was implemented. The comprehensiveness, integrity and synergy of water control should be paid attention to, and not only grasped the key links, the principles and guidelines, but also paid attention to the overall coordination, two-handed efforts. The regional cooperation, co-governance of urban and rural areas, and water and land should be implemented. At the same time, the exploration and thinking of the systematic water control was further strengthened.
