摘要:
以五大淡水湖之一的洪泽湖(淮安市)退圩还湖为试点,进行大型湖泊的退圩还湖规划研究,主要提出了退圩弃土区布置、生态养殖区布置、拆迁安置等方案。通过行水通道疏浚、湖泊蓄水保护范围线调整以及生态修复等措施提升洪泽湖水质和水环境,改善水生态系统,最后进行退圩后防洪、水资源、生态、经济效益分析,为其他类似湖泊开展退圩还湖提供参考。
Abstract:
The Hongze Lake(Huai'an City), one of the five largest freshwater lakes, was taken as a pilot project to carry out the study on the planning of returning polder area to lakes. It mainly proposed the arrangement of the mud-disposal yards for lake-restoration, ecological aquaculture areas, demolition and resettlement schemes. Measures such as dredging of water passage, adjustment of water storage protection range and ecological restoration were taken to improve the water quality, water environment, and water ecosystem of Hongze Lake. Finally, the flood control, water resources, ecology and economic benefit analysis after degraded lakes were carried out to provide reference for other similar lakes.
