摘要:
2017年11月,长江扬中河段指南村岸段发生窝崩险情,致使江堤和民房崩塌,危及人民生命财产安全。针对崩岸发生地段子堤应急抢筑、干堤复建和窝塘治理、护岸等治理原则、治理措施等进行介绍。运用实测资料对治理效果进行研究分析,为类似窝崩的抢护治理提供指导。
Abstract:
In November 2017, an arc collapsing occurred in Zhinan Village, Yangzhong Reach of the Yangtze River, causing the river embankment and private houses to collapse, endangering the safety of people's lives and property. The management principles and measures for emergency rush construction of sub-dikes, reconstruction of main dikes, and management of ponds and revetments, as well as bank protection were introduced. Based on the measured data, the treatment effect was studied and analyzed, which could provide guidance for the similar arc collapsing treatment.
