摘要:
为检测长期受到水荷载反复作用下,水闸底板与基础在服役过程中是否会形成脱空病害。阐述了脉冲回波法探测病害的原理,探究了水闸底板脱空检测震源选择的合理材料和距离,介绍了在检测时应注意事项及检测脱空状态判别方法等,并把脉冲回波法应用于某实际水闸工程土石结合检测中。结果表明:病害探测结果显示该水闸底板脉冲回波探测段无脱空; 噪音对脉冲回波仪的影响较大,选择合适的触发方式十分重要; 随着探测深度的增加,检测结果精度呈减小趋势。脉冲回波法适用于较薄混凝土板下土石结合部脱空检测,为利用脉冲回波法检测水闸土石结合部脱空提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to detect whether the bottom slab and foundation of sluice will form void disease during service under repeated water loads for a long time. The principle of detecting diseases by pulse-echo method was expounded, the reasonable material and distance for choosing the seismic source for the detection of sluice floor voidage was probed into, the matters needing attention in the detection and the discrimination method for the detection of voidage state were introduced, and the pulse-echo method was applied to the combined detection of soil and rock in a practical sluice project. The results showed that the detection results show that the pulse-echo detection band of the sluice floor was not void; noise had a great influence on the pulse-echo instrument, so it's very important to select the appropriate trigger mode; with the increase of detection depth, the detection accuracy tended to decrease. The pulse-echo method was suitable for the detection of void in the soil-rock junction under thin concrete slabs, which could provide a reference for the detection of void in the soil-rock junction of sluices by pulse-echo method.
