摘要:
河湖防汛特征水位是防汛工作的重要技术依据,通过选取东山站2个系列水位资料进行水文分析,结合秦淮河流域水情特性、上下游情况、相关规划及堤防工情对其防汛特征水位进行了复核分析。经复核,东山站警戒水位由8.50 m(吴淞基面,下同)调整为8.80 m,保证水位确定为11.44 m,最终复核成果通过审查并予以采用。
Abstract:
The characteristic water level of rivers and lakes for flood control is an important technical basis for flood control work. By selecting two series of water level data of Dongshan Station for hydrological analysis, the characteristic water level of flood control in Qinhuai River Basin was reviewed and analyzed in combination with the characteristics of water regime, upstream and downstream conditions, relevant planning and the embankment work situation. After review, the water level at Dongshan Station was adjusted to 8.80m from 8.50m(Wusong Base, the same below), and the water level was determined to be 11.44m. The review results had been reviewed by the expert group and issued by the Jiangsu Flood Control and Drought Control Headquarters.
