摘要:
基于江苏水文发展现状,采用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合的方法,在构建水文设施维修改造项目绩效评价指标体系的基础上,计算各级指标权重,对2018年度江苏省水文设施维修改造项目绩效水平进行科学评价,提出了提高绩效水平的相关措施,为进一步加强后续项目建设管理,保证实施质量,提高资金使用效益提供参考依据。
Abstract:
Based on the current status of hydrological development in Jiangsu, the AHP and FCE were combined to calculate the weights of indicators at all levels based on the construction of the performance evaluation index system for hydrological facilities maintenance and renovation projects. A scientific evaluation of the performance level of the hydrological facilities maintenance and renovation projects in Jiangsu Province in 2018 was carried out, and relevant measures to improve the performance level were put forward to provide a reference for further strengthening the management of subsequent project construction, ensuring the implement quality, and improving the efficiency of capital use.
