摘要:
随着吴江区社会经济的快速发展,近年来涉水违法建设项目时有发生。本文通过介绍吴江河湖水系及涉水建设项目的基本情况,对近年来吴江涉水建设项目存在的问题进行分类和原因分析,并就近期针对性整治工作取得的成效进行了回顾梳理,为下一步规范涉水项目建设提出了提升宣传工作针对性、引入第三方监管单位、建立横向交流及信息共享机制、逐步完善法规条例等新对策。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of social economy in Wujiang district, illegal water-related construction projects have occurred from time to time in recent years. By introducing the basic situation of water system connecting rivers and lakes and water-related construction projects of Wujiang, the problems and causes in recent years were classified and analyzed. The achievements made in the recent targeted rectification work were reviewed and summarized. New countermeasures such as improving the pertinence of publicity work, introducing third-party supervisory units, establishing horizontal communication and information sharing mechanism, and gradually improving regulations were put forward for standardizing the construction of water-related projects in the next step.
