摘要:
水阳江干流下游实施牛耳港封堵、水碧桥建闸后,固城湖实现了完全控制运用,通过水利工程有效调度,固城湖防洪可不受客水影响,本地降雨成为固城湖防洪关注的一个重点。结合2016年和2020年2个典型大水年,通过降雨特点分析、洪水过程分析、水量还原分析,研究了本地降雨对于固城湖防汛影响,对固城湖防汛工作具有一定的指导意义。
Abstract:
After the implementation of the closure of Niuer Port and the construction of Shuibi Bridge sluice in the lower reaches of Shuiyang River, Gucheng Lake has been fully controlled. Through the effective operation of water conservancy projects, the flood control of Gucheng Lake was not affected by passenger water, and local rainfall had become a key concern of flood control of Gucheng Lake. Combined with the two typical flood years in 2016 and 2020, through the analysis of rainfall characteristics, flood process and water reduction analysis, the influence of local rainfall on Gucheng Lake flood control was studied, which had certain guiding significance for flood control work of Gucheng Lake.
