摘要:
通过对善南片与古泊善后河流域降雨相关规律分析,建立一维河流水动力模型,计算各工况下古泊善后河行洪对车轴河治理工程实施前及治理后排水的影响,得出在善南片发生一定频率的最大3 d降雨的情况下,善后河流域同期降雨频率具有一定的随机性且发生低于该频率的降雨可能性较大,治理工程实施后车轴河流域各控制点排涝水位高于排涝控制水位,但较实施前有所减低,有一定的排涝效益。
Abstract:
Based on the analysis of rainfall-related laws in the Shannan area and the Shanhou River Basin in Gupo area, a one-dimensional river hydrodynamic model was established to calculate the influence of flood discharge of Shanhou River on the drainage before and after the implementation of the Chezhou River Treatment Project under various working conditions. It’s concluded that under the condition of the maximum three-day rainfall with a certain frequency in Shannan area, the rainfall frequency in the same period in the Shanhou River Basin was random and the possibility of rainfall below this frequency was large. After the implementation of the treatment project, the drainage water level of each control point in the Chezhou River Basin was higher than that of drainage control water level, which was lower than that before the implementation. Thus there was a certain drainage benefit.
